1. How are your prices so low?
We are able to offer our featured collections online at such a low price because we operate at a lower overhead than retail shop. We operate wedding dresses factory in China with relatively inexpensive raw materials, cheaper labor costs and reduction of the distribution chain. Therefore, we can pass those savings onto our customers.
2. Is there a charge for sales tax?
All our products have to be shipped directly from oversea and the parcel will be wrapped as gift to avoid custom tax and duties, this is the only way to save money.
3. How long is shipping from your location to me?
Orders shipping from our location normally take 3-10 days for delivery according to the delivery company you choose.
4. Are these used dresses?
All gowns and products we offer are new. We do not accept or offer resale items.
5. Can you make a dress according to the pictures I provide?
We can do it for most ordinary designs. Please email us your pictures with all the specifications. Sometimes the fabrics of the dress you enquired are difficult to find, or the special cut requirements beyond our ability. After our expert designers and dressmakers have reviewed the pictures, we can inform you of whether we can make it.

We will provide you with personal customer service for large volume wholesale orders and discuss the shipping options fully.

7. How can I see a swatch of the color I'm interested in before I order?
Sorry, the shipping cost is very expensive, so we do not have swatches available to send out to customers. You can confirm the dress color by two ways, as follow:
1, view our color chart, choose color on internet.
2, send us a color picture, and we will tell you if we have this color for your dress.
8. How do I store my dress until my wedding?
Most places are fine but avoid dampness, sunlight and smoke.
9. How quick do you respond to emails?
We endeavor to respond to all emails within 24 hours of receipt but aim to respond within 12 hours.
10. What happens if there is a problem with the dress?
All our merchandise is inspected before we ship to you. Each and every garment goes through a 25 Point Inspection Process. However, should you discover a problem, simply contact us and the necessary steps will be taken to make it right for you. We believe that our customers deserve the very best that the bridal market can provide.
